Recipe for a chai tea float, courtesy of a girl from Maryland:
1. Pour cup of chai tea, add milk.
2. Chill with ice cubes (optional: chill by putting in freezer).
3. In a glass, put (vanilla) ice cream.
4. Pour chai tea into glass.
5. Top with cinnamon stick as straw.
This is very good, and has the added benefit of not having any pop.
Alternative: If you’re into London Fogs, substitute Earl Grey for chai.
